    Anybody used it and does it really work i.e. Disable/remove MSN without slowing your system down?

    xpantispy keeps trying to diable some settings i want like remote assistance and the time sync thing

    It works and its great.

    I always run it first thing after a fresh install and installing SP1.

    I agree with sinizterguy, it should be applied in all new installs.
