    Hi all! I'm Hostiti, a french guy who started modding last year with The Green Way


    This time, mod is based on a Carbide Air 540. Each picture will be in b&w... But the finals pix will be in color.

    The HARDWARE

    Case : CORSAIR Carbide Air 540 blanc
    PSU : COOLER MASTER V850
    Motherboard : Asus Maximus VII Ranger
    CPU : Intel i5 4690K
    RAM : Corsair vengeance pro 2x4Go
    GPU : VTX3D 280X
    Cooling: watercooling Home Made


    The WATERCOOLING

    Pomp Laing DDC-1Tplus + res
    1 RAD XSPC EX360
    2 RAD XSPC EX240
    11 CORSAIR SP120 high perf
    1 CORSAIR AF140 Quiet
    phanteks fan controller
    Waterblock CPU EK SUPREME HF
    WaterBlock EK-FC7970
    temperature sensor XSPC + LCD display
    Coolant Mayhems red pastel
    fittings 10/16​


    First step, the case...

    Here is the part I need to remove to install a 240 radiator on the bottom :

    The bottom plate is ready to receive the radiator...

    Because I think that the case is not enough ventilate next to the PSU, I made a hole down the pump and I made an aluminium support to fix a fan to the pump :

    Hi all! Time is cooming for mounting hardware

    First with the introduction of the lower rad and its connection with the 360 front :

    The motherboard ... it goes to the hair ... Obviously, it'll be not easy to install an SLI / CF without dismantling the two fans

    At this point, it was unwise to forget to connect the front panel

    Placing the CPU waterblock ...

    Installing the top rad ... well ... there also should not forget to connect the 4 + 4 cpu
