Does Asus offer any kind of repair service for 2011-v3 sockets?

I've got a damaged socket on a x99 deluxe. It's too fiddly for me to fix, I have tried but no dice. Mobo powers on without a CPU but as soon as I plug the CPU in the power/reset lights come on but the board will not power on. The CPU looks fine physically, has never been overclocked and was working previously. I suspect the issue has occurred due to touching the pins and overtightening of a heatsink.

There's a few damaged pins but here's a look at the worst bit.

Looks easy enough to fix under a macro lens but even with a small magnifying glass and needle tweezers I just cannot see it well enough to fix.
