    Found the brocoli hating fanboi.

I've always gone brocoli, I tried asparagus once but some arbitrary feature which I won't be specific about always annoyed me.

Plus I find for most purposes brocoli will come out on top 9/10 times. But hey, if you want to spend more for asparagus (when you take brocoli rebates into account ofc) be my guest.

I'm not too fussy when it comes to bacon. Back, smoked, streaky... just go for it. Unless you go for the premium thick cut stuff is not expensive so you could buy many varieties and try them out. I'm sure there's a perfect bac....

    What?

    Not bacon?

    Broco...what?

Pff. Broccoli is a better standalone vegetable but benchmarks CLEARLY SHOW asparagus has far superior butter and black pepper interfacing compatibility.

And asparagus makes your wee spell awesome, as a bonus.

Has to be the British asparagus that's as thick as my arm though, none of these skinny french asparaguses... asparagi?

This is my new favourite typo, and I work in storage and have misspelled "disk" amusingly more times than I can recall.

Not to mention the poached eggs and grated parmesan...

Very recently, I (nearly, thanks to my secretary) sent a letter out to a client which contained a variety of 'hilarious' typos around the phrase 'hard disk buffer'.

Needless to say, many laughs were had.

I thought you were still on 5.25" floppies, mate? Get yourself some broccoli. The iron in it will make your disk a solid state drive.

...but it'll shrink to 2.5" and after a great deal of frequent use it'll stop writing.

Oh scratch that last bit - if it was getting frequent use he wouldn't be flouncing about in her swimwear.

lightly poached broccoli (as in enough to get it hot, and the green to come out) with fried onions, bacon (fake stuff for me (given I'm a vegi)), walnuts and maple syrup works well with pasta.
