    The amount of milling on these are phenomenal I haven't finished the first cross bar and I've half filled a builders rubble sack :jawdrop:

    Actually you can would just have to fuse them together but that would defeat the purpose of it as the glass would be to thick and wouldn't let light through

    You ever tried a fly cutter then

    Yes, but it has been so long ago I forgot.:lol: It still didn't go very far with my rig. Fly cut plexi even got in my hair, though.

    First stage of one bar done of course once the next two stages are complete I'll have to go around it and clean it all up

    Well two day solid on the mill it now looks like this just needs some adjusting and a clean up

    Cut the next bar so another builders sack of swarf coming up lol, It always amazes me how easily that chop saw cuts through metal I've cut just about every kind of metal and wood / plastic with it :thumb:
