Guys need some advice. I am thinking of getting a new monitor to replace my benq xl2720z. Had my eyes on the new 27inch rog panel but have just seen the new Z35 from Acer......I play fps games with a GTX 980ti but I also use the monitor for my Xbox one too. Help!
Acer seem to have consistent quality problems. It seems the review samples were cherry picked for the xb270hu. There's a thread in oc uk I believe which demonstrates the quality issues. Paul hardware reviewed an z35 and also found backlight bleed and mentioned that others are seeing problems with their Panels. personally I wouldn't go near acer.

Thanks guys the quality issues with Acer product is what is holding me off ATM. I purchased an Acer monitor years ago and it was DOA which racked me off as it was over the Christmas break and I had no monitor to use. 40" is too big as I game on a desk so 27" is about right.
