    The four racial designs of EVE Online ships are in fact inspired by four famous 70's Sci Fi artists. They have improved a lot over time; many of the original designs were a bit crap. I still think that they haven't got the sense of scale down well.

    Some do, some don't. I quite like the Adder, Cobra, Viper, Hauler, Asp, Anaconda and Python. The Sidewinder, Eagle, Type 7 and Dropship are OK. The Type 6 and 9, Orca and the Imperial Courier need some work. None of them are really beautiful though.

    It's about as adventurous as we can get here. The tech department gets a bit more leeway with our PC setup (ok, a lot more) but still, you never know who might be wandering past, most of the time it's all covered by a CAD drawing or power earthing simulation but still.
