Camera Phones & Commuter Totty

Do you think its wrong to get a camera phone to get pics of commuter totty?

See a lovely blonde on the way to work and she certainly puts a spring in my step

 

i think its a bit sad, to be honest

 

It's only sad if you take the pics and don't post them on BiT
But if you take pics and post them here then thats fine

An East Asian friend of mine told me that apparently in Japan, all phones with a built in camera must make that 'camera click' noise similar to the sound of Nokia camera-phones, and should not allow the sound to be de-activated (on the europe Nokia camera-phones [and maybe others], you can turn the sound off).
Voyeurism is meant to be a big problem over there.

 

TBH I think a lot of people would be displeased at people taking their picture and putting it on the internet for people to go 'phwoooar' over, without their permission......

If there is a fit girl you see every day on the way to work, man, stop asking about taking pictures to put on the web so people here can say 'oooh she'd get to taste my spicy love sausage', and actually talk to her!

 

As a general rule, it is perfectly legal to take a picture in a public place. For the most part, if you are in a public place, there is "no reasonable expectation of privacy".

Now, Class, Style, and overall Manners would dictate that if you are taking a photo of a person, you should ask before snapping the shutter. There is also a somewhat grey area when using the photo for profit. (Which is usually why many pro photographers carry a Release Statement on the back of a business card...) But for private, non-commercial use, you can usually snap all the pictures that you want while in a public location. (Just remember to watch for the 6 foot 2, 250 pound cop boyfriend.... )

i would recommend you didnt take pics as if i was with my gf and someone took a pic that was, shall we say, not accidental
i would confront them and most likely make them regret it, it is just downright disrespectful
and im not a particularly small guy, and there are bigger that im sure would make you regret it even more, ie beat you to a bloody pulp

so i would suggest again you didnt take pictures of girls

Why would you really want a picture? I mean it's just a picture. Try aiming slightly higher - talk to her.

 

Commutor Totty?

 

Commuter as in someone on a bus or train
Totty as in attractive woman or breasts

 

Commuter: Person who commutes / travels i.e. on a bus or train

Totty : Good looking person of the opposite sex


Commuter totty : that fit bird that gets on the train every morning who you’re scared to say hi to.

Frankly I'm disgusted that you even deemed it appropriot to ask if you should buy a camera phone for the sole perpose of covertly being a pervert and taking pictures of this person.

well TBH i think u all take it wayyy to seriosly taking pics of hot women. I mean voyeurism wtf, its only voyeur if a) they are gettign nekked without their consent you seeing them and b)in a private place.
So if they are in a public place... why not take pictures of fit women?
