    Great new pal!

For me a lot of my time outside of work has been spent eating and lifting weights. This is the first time actively going to gain significant muscle mass since i was 18. This months diet plan was flawed in many areas but next month should be easier to swallow to an extent.

Naturally an 'ectomorph' 6'2 almost 14 stone minimal muscle definition, I think i'm in a mindset to make the change and not be the gym rat that hates life 24/7 but looks good.

Currently i go to bed full and wake up full ready to start another day of eating, I've definitely gained substantial weight but i'm not entirely sure if its in the places i want it to be. Its currently a process of learning and don't expect to see any significant changes until 5-6 months down the line but its probably the last thing about myself i dislike

Keep at it bud. I'm there at the gym between five to six days week. My body over the last month is changing rapidly. What did I do,I changed my routine and only once a month will I spend a week of heavy weights. The other three are doing more reps getting the blood into the muscle group I am training that day.
Now more than ever I'm doing a lot of stretching which is also helping.
It's nothing doing 160kg bench and say 4 reps but I'm not feeling the burn like when doing 120kg bench and doing 10 reps and full stretch and letting it down slowly on the negative.

Don't stop bud it gets better

Not too much time to smoke lately. But I did grow an impressive bourbon collection and a scotch collection in the meantime. I realized my hustling ways have led me so well. :D I also got huuuge into hip hop and cars. But you know being a student still has issues. 23 years alive and I have a joint bunker with a good friend of mine.

1: I've only got one tube left in me (Serious improvement over the 6-7 a week ago)
2: I'm not on pain killers any more (Seriously, whoever told me this was crippling is a liar)
3: I dropped the kids off at the pool the quickest I have since the op. It was the most satisfying time I've had in a hospital commode.
4: I'm going home today, even with the one drain left.

Great news - sounds like a huge step forward - I bet you're looking forward to the "kids" using the home pool too! :thumb:

Strangely I've grown somewhat fond of the hospital john. It's got a back cushion, arm rests (Although no cushions..) and a foot stool. It's really quite a revelation to dropping kids off.

A few weeks ago I realigned my projector and screen. The lower left corner was misaligned before causing the image to be heavily disorted. Now it's 99% perfect and I can enjoy movies or games without my eye being drawn to this terrible mistake I have made.

My friends cannot see much of a difference and tell me I'm too much of a perfectionist. Not my fault they are all blind.

Playing Dragon's Dogma on the big screen is quite the experience. My computer screen looks so small now. :D

I've stopped wearing hats! It was part of the "growing up" that inadvertently happened for the last 12 months! Instead I show off my grey hairs.

I just stopped having time to do anything on the internet, I left my old job to be an IT Manager, they made me redundant, then I picked up a new job in a couple of days and now I run a busy help desk for an MSP - which means I work 12 - 14 hours a day. Though I've just been kind of promoted so I'm moving away from people managing into technical management to do tech presales and proposals, solutions architecture and quoting and planning projects/big jobs.

    so it's all go!
