I would say it is more like a teal. Blue is soooo last season. But seriously, sometimes I like to make videos by stringing photos together creating a time-lapse effect. I find that having a common background color ties the process together somehow.

Not in final project spec but I'll be testing this unit. It's nice to have something different to test the SFX physical standard.

    Thanks for looking!

:worried: Impulsive urge, or poor placement? You've been called the Frank Lloyd Wright of modding, but after hearing your answer it might get changed to Van Gogh.

Someone has to show the world what "suffering for your art" looks like. Vincent was a ***** because you can still paint with a missing ear.

I clicked in here without checking the thread details, saw that cooler and thought "I'd love to see what slipperyskip would do with that thing".

Looks like it's my lucky day!

The planets aligned. :) I had just gotten back to working with Corsair (after parting ways 10 years ago) when they announced they were selling the Bulldog cooler as a separate unit. Planning for this project started back in July.

Very superbular. (Crud. That's a word too.) Like how the 3rd tier is being laid out.

I suspect that fan is a lot smaller than 40mm. Where do you even find these things?

Thanks. Not sure if that is accurate but it sounds good. I call it a tower.

In my best Aussie accent, "That's not a tower case. THIS is a tower case." :)

It's a 40mm. I have an extensive collection including this Delta FFB-series. The mount is a simple friction fit so I can swap fans easily within the very limited space. I have a much quieter Sunon MagLev I'll also be trying out.

This was a design fail. I spent a lot of time and effort trying to fit slim 70s and 60s but the clearance gods denied me. The 40mm Delta will get the job done but at full-tilt it sounds like a blender with a bad bearing. I'll be using a rheostat to tame the little beast.

Hot dang. This is unreal. You got skills and ability to bring design to life.

You are always so detail oriented. I love the wood/metal combination and the prominent lines of the design shapes. Very nice.
