I bought a £40 Android tablet and wasn't expecting much. A day later and I have it and have installed all sorts of emulators on it (Neo Geo, PC Engine, NES, SNES, DS so far) and then found out that by using an OTG (micro USB - USB socket) you can simply plug and play a wired 360 controller.

It's awesome ! The controller even controls Android so I don't even need to touch the tablet in order to launch games :D

My mouth is slowly getting better, after a botched filling job. Until yesterday, the anesthesia site was still hurting.

I may be wrong, I'm no pro on this stuff, but according to generally accepted theories of universal physics, I'm pretty sure everything you've ever touched has been in space once upon a time. But I'm glad you had a nice day out :thumb:

Also, I'm fairly sure we are on a ball which is floating in space. It's a fairly universal theory.

It has escaped the earth's atmosphere in its current atomic arrangement, so I suppose it is quite impressive!

I'm all booked for Surgery this weekend. Normally (most) people don't look forward to surgery, but having my bag taken off is so exciting!

I have just finished wallpapering my living room and it will be the last time I ever put up a pasting table, search for my plumb-bob, mix up paste and do anything remotely in the decorating field. An awesome day.

The invention of paste-the-wall wallpaper was a glorious day for decorating. No more pasting tables!

That is what I used and no you still need a table for cutting your lengths and fiddly bits. But it was oh so much easier to apply the paste with a roller and cut the ceiling and skirting with a decent sharp craft knife.

I got laid off work around 3 weeks ago and started a new job today, started work at the Sony factory in pencoed. Got 3 days of induction then it looks like i'll be making raspberry pi's [emoji14]

It was pretty cool seeing the Pi's being made and the way that they test them,

Picking up another weight bench and 60kg+ of weights this weekend. That will equate to two benches, one with flys one with a lat pulldown over 100kg worth of weight plates and some motivation for very little money.

I'll have more than enough to create a good circuit, maybe build enough of a body to feel comfortable attending a gym

It may be best not to openly talk about your employers production capacity or their customer's margins on a public forum. In my experience manufacturers are a bit anal when it comes non-disclosure of even trivial information.
