Modding custom lexan bending and injection molding in US or FL?

    I'm working on a new case design and I need to find a place that does custom bending or injection molding.

    depending on the complexity of the project you can do alot of beding by yourself with a heat gun, i did this circle with a can and a blow torch

    try it out on plexi..lexan takes alot more heat to bend


    and nice window....looks alot like the one on the front of my case :)

    it's terribly complex. I need specific curves. it's going to be a bubble window, but it's not gonna be straight.

    and thanks. I created my bubble window from scratch using lexan screen framing and plumbers goop. the bubbles come from a material called air curtain used in fish tanks. In my tests, I found that air stones would degrade after time and since this would be a sealed project, I couldn't change air stones. This air curtain material is like foam. very good stuff.

    yeah i did that one with plexi and marine goop(love this stuff) and poked a bunch of holes in fish air tubing. The last side window had a bubble tube thing for fishtanks and a valve so it wouldnt stress the fish out too much....
