I'm working on a new case design and I need to find a place that does custom bending or injection molding. thanks for helping 2 year old bubble mod see it in action here xvid codec required
depending on the complexity of the project you can do alot of beding by yourself with a heat gun, i did this circle with a can and a blow torch try it out on plexi..lexan takes alot more heat to bend and nice window....looks alot like the one on the front of my case
complexity it's terribly complex. I need specific curves. it's going to be a bubble window, but it's not gonna be straight. and thanks. I created my bubble window from scratch using lexan screen framing and plumbers goop. the bubbles come from a material called air curtain used in fish tanks. In my tests, I found that air stones would degrade after time and since this would be a sealed project, I couldn't change air stones. This air curtain material is like foam. very good stuff.
yeah i did that one with plexi and marine goop(love this stuff) and poked a bunch of holes in fish air tubing. The last side window had a bubble tube thing for fishtanks and a valve so it wouldnt stress the fish out too much.... anyway gnome just posted this link www.craftics.com they might be able to do what you need leme know how it works out...sounds interesting
