If you're able to wrangle a ticket for The Crystal Maze, do so. It's bloody fantastic! Well worth the £50 asking price.

Lifelong hero, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), retweeted a picture I mocked up and sent to him, and now I've had about 800 Likes. I think this means we're now best friends and that I'm going to be a Jedi!

Well, trouble with that is, it would expose one of my alter ego's on the web, and before you know it I'll be dead on my doorstep cos I said something mean about a video game I didn't like or summink....

...but what the hell, YOLO, may as well exploit the moment like the naive fanboy that I am!

Here's the picture (with the link for evidence below):

He also gave this one a 'Like' (but no all important Retweet)

The weather today and yesterday is lovely. What makes my life a misery in the winter makes my life awesome in the warmer months. So today I decided to do two things. One, go to the beach 80ft from my front door and two, test my MF100s out. For this I chose my old Blackberry Curve as it hasn't had its headphone socket derped and I don't need an amp for it. I've kept it around for years for general MP3 duties. £4 for a whole new genuine body and £2 for a trackball and then £3 for a genuine Otterbox.

    And my cans.

And some scenery. In the distance is Selsey.

If you look closely here you can see the pier in Bognor Regis. Doesn't look it but it's over half a mile away.

A fantastic way to kill two hours.

Think I will take the ripper out tomorrow and ride down to Bognor.

Then when I got home my lady had ordered me some sweets from Cranch's.

    Awesome.

Nice tax rebate turned up on Wednesday, paid in to the bank yesterday so now got to wait for it to clear.

Was going to get a rift but instead going to get a new desk as my current one is to small, so going to build one myself.

Also sold my m-itx pc so now my car is sorted, ordered a new wheel hub just got to wait for it to be delivered and then can spend an afternoon swapping it out.

Downside to all this is, that a new monitor that my dad got about 2 weeks ago last night decided to get a nice line of dead pixels down the middle of the screen, so I am off to the petrol station in a few minutes and then head of to Scan to see if they can swap it out.

    Contacts.

Think that's too simple? Do remember I'm partially blind in my right eye after four strokes. I also have extreme astigmatism. I have to have specially ordered soft contacts, but for the first time in more than a decade I woke up with 20/8 vision.

Brilliant! We had a week there in October 2014 and there was so much to see; amazing place and history.
If you're into pizza, I have some recommendations, which sadly came too late for our trip...
