I can keep my tripod quick release plate screwed on the camera and use my sling strap at the same time, instead of removing one to install the other.

Remember when you were looking for a camera strap with hooks because you didn't wanted to have to remove a sling each time you'd want to use your tripod? The sole purpose of my tripod was ebay sales, however, lately I've been using it for street photography and quickly realized that it was troublesome to unscrew the sling each time I wanted to stop to use the tripod (not to mentioning the fact that it isnt safe).

Aye, £300 was split between £100 for referencing and £200 as a holding deposit. £1750 is what i need in total, And that's for a 1 bed flat at £550pcm.
