Time for update:

The copper plate I satin honed, split the cooler and cut thread.




Next, the fitting followed on board. Fits like a glove.





After all this was done I could start me the tricky part.

The fastening of the battery cover on the expansion tank.

My concept I had to change a little.

The encapsulate hardware airtight will not work, because everything is so close and the Ram SSD and PSU produce too much heat. It is installed only a 80 fan. I think the surge tank of aluminum which thus additionally cools the water passively and 2x 80 Radi should be sufficient to accomplish the cooling.

So weider with the attachment. Through the quick fasteners, it is later possible to quickly open the housing from below to replace filter mat and blow out the housing with compressed air.

From pipe pieces I cut angle.




This I then welded to the reservoir.








Once that was done, I could screw the caps on the battery cover.

 

Time for an update:

It continued with the support of Radi and pump.

In addition I have first cut and folded sheet metal.





Next, I was able to use the radiator and screw.




To secure the bracket on the expansion tank I welded two brackets and drilled holes.

The support I then secured with clamps and transfer the holes





Then everything together with screws.





To position the new motherboard I have attached rivet threaded bushings as spacers in the tray.





This really all parts of the case are used, I have the drive bracket to the SSD and PSU distributor reconstructed carrier.
In addition I have first shortened the holder.

In the bracket for the radiator I still have installed the pump and the opening for the supply air is cut down.




After everything is Assembles I could determine the location of the level indicator which is the Fillport simultaneously.

In addition I have a 1/4 "implementation in the side part built and shortened.




Next, I have a pipe cut and cut a window into the side panel.



Now I could pierce the thread for connecting the reservoir and assemble everything.
The implementation I have rotated with the threaded outwardly, so I can disassemble the side panel and open it later without problems.

First, cut a sheet, a window saw out and then bolted to the sides.

Then I attached the trim strip on the cover.

In the next step, I then made the handles.

This I have made from flat profile and pipes.

Next, I painted the keypad and missed a great distressed look.




In the front, I have made a slot behind the front panel.
Thus, the cables are later performed for the electronics that is installed behind the front panel.



Then the last connector could be built into the front.




Next, the Plexi Window was cut and screwed on the lid.





At long last I have the power connector missed a plate. This is the expansion tank bolted so I can disassemble everything into its component parts.





Thus, the metal is complete.

The anodizing I remove with pipe cleaners. Dur I still have my BW Gas Mask.










Then the case got color .... Why is virtually always in a distressed look of the paint?








After the paint was dry I put the front together and measured the fields for the label.



With Plotter and Software, I then created and cut the label.

Then, the front was stuck.

the window I wanted to embellish a little.

So I made a pumice engraved on plexi.

For this I have downloaded the font and Battelfield nen sniper outline and created a template for cutting plotter.

It continues with the electrical system.

First I glued the two displays on the panel.



Since the entire cable must through the small slot in the shutter I have all the cable cut and soldered new plug.



Then it was on to the power supply.
