That's when I saw my imitation leather will take off at the edges I had idea of strengthening all
but I hold your idea that is very relevant

    Hello :)

    a little update today
this mod work with two graphic card, so we need a SLI bridge

the red color not fit... so we disassembled the bridge

we want to use the chrome paint...

but the result is not up to our expectations :waah:

ok .... waiting to find another idea, we create a sticker thanks to the plotter

    logo's Harley :)

we bring together the parts of the kit
we finally chose to paint the metal parts in black
    it enhances the Harley logo

the backlight of the SLI bridge do not support our graphics card...
we had to solder a cable to power the LED circuit

    day...night....

    thanks :thumb:

    Hello :)
    we customized most hardware parts
it's time to start putting everything in place
here the plateau receives this little world
wood that we have covered in leather faux cowhide leather imitation

we have realized several holes including the establishment of the spacers

    establishment of the motherboard

LEDs provided with the waterblock are blue....

    blue unbecoming a theme Harley
    we trade against the white

    LED, cable, resistance, soldering station...

    and some sleeving :)

implementation of waterblock and carenage motherboard

chipset heatsink is also in place

we set up the formwork of arrears connectors

the fairing of the motherboard overwhelmed enough to conceal the sata cable connection

    we position the heatsink mosfets

    all in black
but we place a polished aluminum plate on top

holes for the passage of cables powering the motherboard

we cut small plates to cover these holes

realization of the passage of each wire

    polishing :)

fixing at the ATX cable passage

fixing at the CPU cable passage

    why this round hole....

for the passage of cables from the hard drive
and 4 small extra holes to wedge spacers integrating rubber mounts

good, most of the hardware parts are in place on the tray
    following next time ;)

    Hello!
the hardware is quite finished :)
the following is the decorationfor the desk according to the Harley's theme

    it is not a shield....

    it is a concho!

in general, it takes place at the saddle of the bike or on the saddlebags

we put them between watercooling tanks

as you can see, the right side of the desk is occupied by tanks :)
they are three tanks XPSC Photon 270 ml

    we continue with some buttons....

this is for the Power switch

we let's connect a second for the Reset switch

    another buttons....

    not the same!

there is to connect some Leds

five buttons to command the light present on the hardware :baby:

making a lot of cables to store ... :duh:

we make another plate to put on the front of the desk, near the tank's tray

we make some holes on it :D

    some nails...

oups!!! Xray thinks he is a fakir :D

    go working!!!

    see you soon :)

    Hello

we have to built some support on the backstage of the desk
    First with the power supply
we begin with this plate bended at 90°

we create the opening for the rear part

    we test the attachment

    locating the fan center

to create the opening beneath the power supply, corresponding thus to the opening in the desk

we drill three holes on each side of the power supply for fixing the support in the desk

even if the media is not seen, we apply a black paint for a better finish ;)

    soon :)

    hello :)
we go now to the radiator support

perfect round but realized with a hole saw :)

    some fans....

    we'll change the label

    road 66 fans!

    another plate...

    some spacers

    we fix the plate

and we fix the pump on this plate :)

    soon :)

the next is to connect the different parts of the hardware :)
    we require wire

    the clamp crimp

    and some sleeving

    the ATX cable is ready

we do the same with the cpu cable.
but with the PCIe cable, we change our approach .....

    after having removed plug
we solder the wires directly on the pcb

and the cables will be hidden under the fairing against the waterblock

we have to connect the differents parts of the watercooling :)

some of them are chromed :)

    :):):)
