    Since it will be soldered, you could employ some bent pipe for the tank radius.

    So, here in Worklog was indeed now ne now pause, but that does not mean anything has gone.
    In the contrary, there was so much to do that I had no time for the Worklog [​IMG]

    At first it was only once more with the pump mount.
    I enkoppelt the pump with rubber because the case is a wonderful orchestra.

    Inside I made a rubber between mother and housing.

    So now we come to the modified version. 3
    First off, I have instead used straight tubes bent.

    It sh from then. Unfortunately, I must note that the pipes the sound of the pump genuso transmitted as if the pump bolted directly to the chassis.

    Sometime is me then even remembered that I have no Fillports.
    Therefore I have made at the summit itself which.

    But to me a good idea then came. These are automatic air vent.
    These are available only in 3/8 inch.

    Therefore, reducing sleeves had to be soldered off and normal sleeves again.

    When flowmeter me was to install a water meter the idea.
    This one I bought with shipping costs for about € 8.50 on eBay. [​IMG] Normal price would be somewhere at 35 €

    The day after the delivery but I then found this one in a Schrottkontainer, and is much better.

    Unfortunately, the flow direction is backwards. So I had to turn the measuring capsule. But had this nose soft here.

    Again, coming back the clamps for use. Since the housing but some I had to bend the pipe clamps something.

    To fit the water meter I had two each piece 45 degree arcs installing the water meter a little further takes away from the chassis.

    After the sheets were cooled again I could mount the water meters and drill the holes for the passages in the housing.

    After that I was able to adjust and solder the top.

    The piping is now outside completely finished.

    At long last I have made a tightness test today.
    A leaky soldering I've found that is nachgelötet after draining.

    Moreover, I have tested the pump, unfortunately with negative results.
    You is not heard because it is well isolated, but unfortunately it creates not even with 24v water obwoh to pump up a head of 3.6m is specified [​IMG]

    This thing is huge. It's not surprising that the pump is having trouble.

    Looking great. Loving the industrial look. Too bad about the pump. For your beast of a case you might want to look outside current water cooling supplies and go old school and look a aquarium/pond pumps.

    Tip: When reviewing pump specification keep in mind that most manufacturers list maximum head and maximum flow rate, but these two values are at opposite ends of the pump operating curve. That is to say, you have max head when there is minimum flow and vice versa, maximum flow when there is minimum head.

    The last update I have already said that the pump is too weak.
    Therefore I phoned times with Aquatuning, and supposing it with PWM pump is now and problems.

    Therefore, I can again send me 2 pieces without PWM.

    So, at first dismantled everything and razed a huge mess [​IMG]

    Here the small package that I still get.

    The pump mounts are designed that the round to face looking at the pump is mounted. I wanted rum it differently, so I had to rebuild the brackets.

    The pumps are of course remounted acoustically decoupled.

    Here the new tubing is now already mounted. The Smartcoils I also painted.

    Even your loop filling technique is over the top. But it look effective, I might have to adapt it for myself.

    Today we continued with the electrics.

    First, I made the connection cable from an old power cord.

    It continued with the knife switches. At first I did it here assemble, but then told me not too.

    I then made the switch between display and surge tanks.

    Each switch hommt still a LED display. Since there are 220v Gilmm lamp inside. This also led to be rebuilt.

    For that I had to drill holes, and a recess a small nose is down there tuned here.

    This here are buttons light with control.

    The I mounted right next to the ads.

    For the fan coming up in the cover, I also installed a switch.

    Centrally above the adverts came even an LED indicator light for the main power connector. Den of the Power Switch to on is the key lights.

    The wiring inside will still be fun. Moreover, I have to think about how I will fix the so they do not hang out the cables in the area.

    This build is the most overkill I think I've ever seen and I love it!
    For your cables inside, maybe some conduit and brackets to hold it along the sides.

    Keep up the excellent work mate!

    Yesterday we went to the wiring of the main switch on.
    The ground was also extra again leftmost to the screw.

    This wire was already tuned original and is used to ground since the plate with the contacts made of plastic.

    Then the guard came on it again.

    Today the pump got their covers. Since fit coincidentally the lids of cans.

    The interior I just get milled Hand-held with the cutter.

    Fits perfectly.

    As I cover from a ceiling lamp, the hoods used under normal cables are clamped.
    But since I only needed the ground. Therefore I made with a cutting aid.

    When both parts were cut, I have this still being ground.

    For the cooling ribs I used Plexiglas. test First of 4 pieces for.

    Yes, looks ever not look bad.

    Prior to topcoat I first thick filler draufgemacht the all the joints are closed. Supposed to look like an injection molded part.

    ... And with covers

    Since the bakelite cable clamps and the cable came today.

    The strands are unfortunately stained, so I just tried what it is like when they are painted.
    Keeps fairly well when applying the paint very thin.

    Here you can see that it is an old cable. This is quite podgy, I think the strands are twisted.
