I get the impression that the mystery parts are a pair, not just a single item. At any rate, I still think this is a bracket for holding a resevior or perhaps an optical drive.

Really looking forward to your next pictoral update scopEDog!!

Looking very good. It must be solid as a rock with that thickness of aluminium, which is a good thing. I like the whole solid feel to it with the dual power supplies etc. It makes people think, "now this is a serious machine" and it certainly will be with a dual Xeon. :)

To be honest, I wouldn't like to see this professional looking case spoiled by multi-coloured lights etc. I think it'd be best to keep it quite subtle looking.

I can't say I'm that keen on the PSU windows, but apart from that. Good work. :dremel:

Are they holes in the items? If so, would you be fixing rods between the two, to create a sort of 'rail' system. To slide things along / hold things?

    Hmmm....

Are they brackets to support some sort of mechanism so you can slide out some internal stuff like watercooling bits, pump, resevoir etc.. or something else in a slidey and efficient manor?
