It's in a tiny alumiinum box.

Lol Altron, I get it. I was just :eyebrow:-ing :D

You can get the standoffs from almost anywhere. I got 6mm nylon hex standoffs from maplin/cpc

Am I the only one to notice this? You've put the switch on the NEUTRAL side of the incoming mains. Something you should NEVER do. All the internals of the PSU will remain live even if the switch is off, posing a serious safety hazard. You need to change the switch to the live immediately...

Please remove the images from your quote, I need the bandwidth :)

Thanks for noticing that, I thought you were commenting on the incorrect wire colour. It's already been sorted though :p

It's not finished. I haven't been working on it, or any projects recently. I will be at some point, but not for a month or two. I will probably begin this project from scratch in the same method of the other boxes I've built for people. Since starting this project, I've refined the standoff mountings and so on. Time will tell.

Xarthan, Maplin is an electronics store in the UK. Basically, you can check at some place like Jameco or maybe Radio Shack in the US....but I'm sure you will find one there, at least not that big. Try doing a google for metal project box or something like that. ;)
