    Hi & thanks.

a point - TW: Warhammer - I noticed that for NV Pascal cards, the DX11 performance may be considerably higher than in DX12 mode. Maybe you should check the best vs best in games that have both DX11/OpenGL and Vulkan/DX12 modes

ocuk have a powercolor RX 470 for £169 , which makes this @ £165 redundant imo

Even if you take the cheapest Ti on Scan it's just £30 less than the cheapest 470. This is genuinely one of those cases where if you can hold on and go the small extra £££, you will get a whole lot more performance.

Agreed, just not seeing the point of this card considering current prices, it's much too expensive.

Article: 'Following a major test system fail ...'

The word is 'failure'. Stupid meme talk...

    Otherwise, good review! :)

EDIT: It's worth keeping in mind that the pricing in other parts of the world makes the 1050 Ti a better value proposition, although perhaps not this version.

This morning I checked on my local website for buying GFX cards and I discovered that even a GTX 1050 2GB is more expensive then a GTX 1060 3GB. Stuff is weird atm so I can just hope its just here in South Africa.

Aye you'd really have to hate AMD to go anywhere near this.

Personally just grabbed the Zotec Mini 1050 Ti while I am in the US for work.

Total cost including sales tax was $152 at todays rate not a great saving, however I was using money that I had changed a little while back at much better than todays rate. ($1.44 to the pound).

So I feel I got a good deal, this is to go into my OSMI case build, coupled with a i5 Haswell T variant CPU.

Cant wait to get back and start putting this all together!
