I've made some cover element of wood in the last phase, these will not also hide the cables but also bring some warm feeling to the cold metal case and plexiglass.

Apart from the M.2 SSD, I've placed an additional SSD at the bottom.
I've used small furniture parts under the drive to have enough space for the cables under it.
Two sided adhesive used to fix the part in place.

I left building the water system at the end of the project. I've used Alphacool petg tubes and connections. I did not use the factory fixations for the reservoir, instead I designed a floating solution. There is no fixation on the top, it is only connected to the radiator using the tube and it is held by an L shape at the bottom. It is a double sheet metal because the reservoir and the fluid is too heavy for the 1mm thick sheet metal. I've heated the tubes with heat gun and bend them with Monsoon profile.

I had to make a modification on the front panel. The factory ODD covers are installed to the top and bottom. The top cover is modded as the RGB reservoir has two ventilation hole which needs to be open during operation but it has to be closed when moving the computer. To have access to these parts I made the top cover as a door and glued the bottom cover down. I'm drilled and used screws, fixed with glue.

I've replaced the factory plexiglass cover to safety glass made of 2 x 5mm thick glued brass and transparent glass, drilled 4 places and used 6mm screws to secure.
    I've used Ford carpet studs.

I've just realized I did not upload photos of the factory case door. Normally this part doesn't have any function on the Mastercase Maker5 case but I gave it a function. I've converted it into a portable speaker of if by using a JBL Go Bluetooth speaker. I've replaced the loudspeaker to a very flat one that fits in the door while it is closed. This way I can unhook the door and bring it with me while enjoying music thanks to the Bluetooth technology.
