So, as any chrome user will know, random problems pop up all the time. Exit and relaunch and you're all good... 99% of the time. The issue I have is on Youtube and only Youtube, if I am signed in, no hyperlinks work! If i sign out, it works. I've restarted the PC, reset Chrome to factory settings, uninstalled and reinstalled... I'm running out of ideas short of getting rid of every trace of Chrome on my PC, or reinstalling windows! I've googled about, but nothing is working, please help!
Sounds like there's a browser extension or popup blocker on your account - try it after deactivating your plugins.. etc.
