    There is a key point here, they've essentially ruled that offering a digital product for sale online and accepting $AU for it means they are doing business in Australia. That's a step towards the government's goal of levying a 10%+ GST on all online purchases (as all on shore purchases are, bar a few exclusions)
    As if the 'Australia Tax' wasn't hefty enough as it is...
