Surely babies sleep in the nanny's room in the East Wing?

For the first time since Tuesday, I've finally took a dump. And more importantly, did so without ripping apart my new abdominal wall. Was on there for nearly an hour and my bum and hamstrings are now thoroughly numb, but I think I must have passed a good 12 Courics in that time.

Lost another 5lbs in the last 2 weeks.

No diet, just eating a little less, doing a little more. To be fair, i've been losing weight since going gluten free, random toast sessions were a weakness.

That's the best way to do it, tbh. Good effort!

I definitely need to do this. When I started my new job I was really strict about what I was eating at work and we had a takeaway amnesty, while doing lots of work in the garden and in the house and lost about 10lb in a month or 2. Since then I've slacked off at work, not been able to do much activity and with the misses doing lots of work at home for her training so we've been eating a lot of crap. Now I look like I've had a half tummy-tuck and have got an upper pot belly. :hehe: Need to be careful what I eat while I'm off or it'll only get worse.

Yeah, never been one for diets or blasting out at the gym only to stop.

It is a tricky one but even not that much more exercise, even a few more extra walks a week, make a difference.

The biggest thing for me has just not been going for that extra helping or snacking when i'm not actually hungry.

Turns out local garages take donations of tools that still work.

Turns out local charity shops will snap your hand off for anything that looks presentable.

Turns out my number of tip runs is now one.

I guess it's time for more beer.

Coming to the conclusion that I will have to lease a new truck next October as I can’t afford a down payment for this beauty. Shame. I love my truck... but I’ll make sure my next one is the upgraded model and has more toys. I’m excited for that.

The new doge is amazing as well. She’s doing great with potty training and is already showing signs of being very clever. She’s such a joy and brings so much laughter. :D

Packing Tetris is clearly strong today, packed everything but the hoover into the car. Also, the risky coil pack buy arrived and fixed the problem so.. huzzah! Just in time. Now I have four and a half hours to clean three rooms.

Oooh one of my favourite games, especially if the GF says there's no way that's fitting in there.

Stand back and be in awe dear!

It's the reverse for me... "Love that'll never fit in there... Oh! I guess it does."

It seems the intake gaskets and new coil pack have improved fuel economy too. I suppose it's to be expected, sort of, if fuel is burning more efficiently.

Or the fuel gauge is broken.

New job is ace. Learning the ins and outs of PCB design and manufacturing is a radical shift in careers and I'm enjoying the challenge.

I'll be CAM'ing PCB designs myself after a 3 months training and should be on my full salary as a result.

2019 is looking to be a ****ing good year.
