Usually IME groups like that are usually comprised of those whose salary and/or position dictates that they can simply shout the loudest and have things done for them.

Think I've got 6 points coming my way.

Zipping down from Stoke to Brizzle (very) early Monday morning and had nothing around for reference, and got the old double flash passing under a gantry. Looked at my speedo and didn't realise I was quite a bit over 70.

My own fault, but a bit annoying when I was just cruising along minding my own business. Still, a lesson learnt and certainly not a life changing problem.

Depends on the speed limit of the area you were in, you might be lucky and get offered the speeding course (if you haven't already had one in the last 3 years).

Urgh dont, I had to do some rewiring last night in the kitchen because the builders hid a mains plug I didnt know existed at knee level behind a kitchen unit. Turns out my gas stove has a mains plug! for you know, sparking the gas. Bulk of the evening to relocate it somewhere practical and wire it into the spare isolating switch on the double panel.

Oh an then I decided to de stress b going into the garage an doing some bike work, none done managed to slice the top of my middle finger off and confirm I need a new rear hub.

I don't think your finger should end in a wheelhub...

Most certainly not, I was trying to remove an endcap, hand slipped and sliced the top off on one of the aero spokes.

    In my case:
guys trying to wire a rather steep HID/Identiv access control system... things like the fact that break glass units need 2 sets of wires (as per the wiring diagram) - one for reporting, one to actually interrupt the power to the magnetic Lock.
It's been 2 weeks... they've done 2 doors (out of 20), and then realised that they don't know which cable is which anymore, because nobody labelled a thing.

Went to the DMV, system went down.
Return following week, J2 visa requires extra verification.
Get a call on Saturday saying verification complete and I can sign up.
Went yesterday, lady who called isn't in, system say still not verified.

Each time was a 1h20m round trip and a 2h wait.
