Practising how to weld acyrlic before i attempt my first cutom rez build

 

So first time ever making a custom rez this thing is massive 17 " x 3 1/2 "

 

Changeing the rear tempered glass panel on the Thermaltake Level 20 XT to cast acrylic , etched and add a two way mirror to get that holo led lite effect

now for the top tempered glass panel with a nice mirror effect TT logo

 

Time to cut some new panels remove the metal motherboard tray and make a new perspex one.

Removed a section form the bottom of the case to mount rad underneath and drain port

 

Love the infinity mirror. Work you are doing is great.
Pyrex motherboard tray: That would be impressive. I think autocorrect zapped you there.

 

Yes lol i have changed it to Perspex lol thanks for feed back loads more pics to come this weekend and final build pics next week.

 

Got loads done over the weekend , laser etched new motherboard tray and infilled white with a nice black primer to give it the gloss effect.

 

time to bend tubing and put this rig together

 

time for a 12 hour leak test on full loop and waterfall

 

The kind of reservoir you can go boating on. You should have figured out how to put a wave mechanism in it. Great work, btw.

Boot test done , drivers all updated installing rgb cables just and infinity mirror left to install and some cable management.

Custom waterfall rez was a challenge but worked out in the end.

 

I can't help wondering what the res would look like with the infinity mirror effect on it... and the side panels. I wouldn't want to be in the same room with it if it was though. You'd need handrails all over the room. "Do not look directly at the computer while standing."
