Im actually trying to do tis now, but the drive bays are so tight that it is preventing the drive tray from being opened and closed, did any one else have this problem? what did you do to fix it?
You may try sanding down the edges of the drive's face plate. I'm assuming you're doing the "press the corner of the drive bay cover and out pops my CD tray" mod. One thing to note is that you should be careful not to sand down the edges too much, or you may mess up the clipping system that the drive's face plate uses to clip on to the actual drive.
