    I'm looking for some recommendations as I've run over the cable of my second pair of Sennheiser HD206's and have lost sound to one ear (again).

    Can anyone recommend a decent set of headphones (or a gaming headset I suppose) for under £80 that will have a decent strength cable or a detachable/replaceable one?

    EDIT: Has anyone had any experiences with these? Bit more but may solve my problem;

    I'm about to list some Audio Technica ATH-M50X on the marketplace which have only ever been used a few times. I was thinking of listing them for £80 if you are interested? They come with detachable cables - I definitely have the 1.2m straight cable and the 3m coiled cable and I might be able to find the 3m straight cable too. I should also have the box but I don't think I have the hard carry case for them. Let me know :thumb:

    Sony MDR-7506. Cheap, sturdy, great sound (pretty much the de-facto mastering baseline), spare parts are readily available and the back of the package has the disassembly guide with all the part numbers on it.
