Obsessive hand washing is about the only thing you can do mitigate the effects of office plague.

Since you are sick, you could always rub your face on your sick colleagues keyboards. It might have mutated enough in you to inoculate them again.

The bleeding cracks in my hands couldn’t take much more washing. But they're a bunch of ****ing reptiles in my office, fan heaters everywhere making a nice warn environment to keep all those bacteria alive and airborne. I won't be going to work, I'll be straight into the docs Monday for some anti-biotics. I'm normally not the kind to reach straight for the pills, but this needs to be gone asap before it can settle in and cause some damage.

No word of a lie, we have anti bac wipes and latex gloves for when we have to "handle" peoples laptops at work the shear volume of spit and food marks on them is disgusting.

This all fell last night, with another 3-5 inches to fall during the day.

It’s fun watching my puppy run through it, though.

I’ll try. She just runs in and out the house and covers my carpet... trying to avoid letting her out for now. :D

On the subject of doges...... I had to have my beloved black Labrador euthanised on Friday night :waah::waah::waah: He was 9 years 7 months and 25 days old, I'd posted earlier in the thread about his recurrent pericardial effusion in October/November and it went away for 2 months, he was then drained again 17 days ago, just a little over 2 weeks before he died and it came back worse than ever and was filling his lungs up as well, cumulative damage to his heart was too much and the last walk we had he keeled over backwards from lack of oxygen, managed to get up, walk home - called vet immediately and less than an hour later she shook her head for any further treatment, we signed the forms as it was the kindest thing we could do and the last act of love we could give him and a few minutes later he was gone. He was surrounded by his pack and even at the end as he was going he was licking the tears from my face - I've never cried so much in my whole life.

I've buried him under the apple tree in the garden - seemed appropriate given that he was called Newton, he was the BEST BOY and i miss him so so much. He'll never ever be replaced.

Enhanced CRB checks and Police Certificates. How is it that filling in those things makes you feel guilty even though the worst crime you have ever commited is overstaying a parking space and getting a ticket? It's infuriating.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. But, seeing from your other posts, you will have a new poopy in 3 weeks and I'm sure you'll bring him plenty of happiness.
