I'd love to get the opinion of anyone who has tried this who is an actual rock climber. How does the experience compare? Obviously the experience will be different but do those differences cause the game to fall short or is it still enjoyable? One thing I'm curious about is does the game simulate climbing with a rope? Or is it a case of if you fall you die?

@DeX. I used to climb in my youth and the main difference is the lack of using your legs, although the experience of the game did feel familiar somehow. There are smaller differences which are easily ignored such as shaking your hands to chalk them or your rather short in game stamina for holding a ledge with one hand while two hands seem to have endless stamina. Oh and mainly climbing in Scotland the views in game are much different !
