Was offered it at a good price so thought why not, can sit and fold for a bit at least before I work out if I can afford to keep it.... Still small fry compared to some but a pretty big jump for me Edit: Apparently now in the Top 20 producers https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/team_summary.php?s=&t=35947
Oh, clearly I'm doing something wrong then! My GTX980 in this PC is currently doing just over 100k. It's a 2080ti Edit: Clearly I need to tweak things, the 2080ti is on an ubuntu box I use for work, just installed the fah client and a recent driver. Seems to have high gpu utilisation % (90+) and clocks at full clocks not idle so not sure what I've done wrong. Possibly something to do with not having a passkey as I can't remember what mine was from years ago?
Definitely something odd there. Are they running 24/7? Also, get your passkey sorted as it gives you access to the Quick Return Bonus scheme - just go to the passcode link and enter your e-mail address - if it is the same address as you used previously, they will re-send you your pass code.
The RTX is yeah, turned off every now and again for short periods if I need to do some testing and need to free up the core. Got the passcode sorted and now fahcontrol says 2m+ ppd for the RTX, hasn't changed for the 980, in fact at the moment it's saying 50k. But not as bothered about that one, as it's my daily pc so more likely to be playing video, maybe a game so turning it off and on etc, and isn't on 24/7. Edit: Looks like that's definitely woken it up
That looks like it is going in the right direction ... I think the QRB will kick-in fully again after completing your next 10 work units (see QRB qualification link)
24hr average here: https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/team_summary.php?s=&t=35947 has been climbing which is nice. Thanks for the link.
Hi George. I have an RTX 2080ti and it does around 2M PPD. Yours should definitely lift the team a bit!
