i sent this to a friend of mine, and he said 'much better than a GW Carnifex, i mean the vents all line up on this one'
Someone just posted this in a discussion about 3d printing 40k, his upcoming Battle sister Knight and i REALLY like it
Also, i cant sleep again so i got Tinkering ( i think id make a good Mek myself... ) Thoughts on Front turret or rear ? And if i go for the front Turret, the bodies i currently have, will become Hydra's or Manticores
i use Cardboard KR multicase's for alot of my armies, they are pretty good for MOST armies but spiky stuff like Tyranids or Chaos might struggle Magnetic cases are interesting, but i dont have any experience with them
and thanks to the Magic that is 3d printing a Manticore was born and thanks the power of Magnets, can also go to a hydra Try to ignore the Gaps and unfinished Panelling on the Hull, its still a WIP
Nice to see this thread is still alive after my lengthy absence. Got some catching up to do! I remember PhilHeckler, Ziip and Liratheal of yore, you guys still in here?
I read about Phil during my catch up, a real shame. Scrolling back it's good to see some familiar faces still in here though - and some 3d printed goodies!
I'm reserving judgement on that show until I see it. The Man in the High Castle bored me to tears.. Since retrieving my paints, I've had a few more bashes (couple of hour sessions..) painting the Wyches some more;
Same, just couldn't get into it. This is going to be a pretty fine balancing act getting it right. Too much moody grim dark wordy stuff and you'll end up with bored viewers, but on the other hand if its all war, all the time, it'll just be a case of "oh, not this again, put some plot in there". I'd really like to see the whole spectrum of imperial goings on. Sure bring in the marines and guard from time to time, maybe some more niche stuff like the Grey Knights or Sisters, but I'd also like to see maybe the odd assassin thrown in too.
