I like carrot cake. I also like Lagavulin. And I love heart, liver and kidney. Make of that what you want.

My going away present cleared so I splurged a bit.

Icy Box dual m.2 PCI express card (one appears to be on a data cable, but that's not a deal breaker)
    Corsair mp510 960gb
    Corsair mp510 480gb
    Samsung 256gb microsd card

Yeah, that's what it looks like to me. Which is fine, it's going to have the replacement for dying physical drives in it, so there's no way it won't be faster.

So long as you have the right sort of M.2 drives for each slot, you'll be fine.
i.e. One NVME and the other SATA

    Did you get yours mounted?
What camera mounting hardware did it come with? Looking at mine the clamp looks rather large and won't grip the camera..

...have we not learned our lesson about Bethesda collectables after the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition debacle? I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that what you receive looks nothing like those renders.

Had FO76 not been so chit I would have probably bought that. As it stands my boycott is in full swing and I won't be buying anything they make.

I heard a rumour today that FO76 is getting a fix where they actually put the game into the shell it is now, but we'll see. Until then? yeah, not buying anything they sell.

That isn't my latest purchase I bought it about 6 weeks ago. Haven't posted it, though.. Those stickers cost me $27.50. I was thinking they were full sized frame decals, but clearly not. They are less than 2/3 of an A4.

The kicker? they wanted $47.50 to send those to the UK. So they could have ended up costing me about sixty quid. As it happens my pal took them from the small box, threw them into a mailing envelope and it cost a dollar. Still pissed though. I can get a full A4 sheet of other bike decals for about £7.

Waffer thin ITX Haswell rig is nearly a GO! I must do something about my open air H110TN kit sitting in a cardboard box...a case would make it a lot more useable

It wasn't expensive, £34 from Amazon. I just need the 4670S that I won on Ebay to turn up as the 4590 I have in it at the moment is too much for the cooler

Wanted a cheap audio recorder for "better than smartphone" audio when recording drums, so just bagged a Zoom H4 on ebay for around £70.

I used to use an H2 for interviews, but found it a bit bulky. I've a lovely Olympus now instead. Great little thing, except the battery dies in about a week whether you use it or not...
