CANVAS GATE ! lol yeah it seems so my man.

D'you know what's odd though? I swear sometimes I am mildly psychic. So I ordered that last year. Absolutely frigging ages ago. And of course, what I didn't know then was that I was going to be moving in March. So of course it never arrived. Sometimes I remember it and think "sod it" and other times I don't even remember five minutes later.

However, last night I got this strong urge to phone my old neighbour, wondering if it ever arrived. I hadn't phoned her for about 6 weeks as I've been very busy. Any way she says no, nothing has come for me apart from a letter from Legal and General. So I say OK, we chat for about an hour and I go....

About an hour later she phoned back and said "My husband is such an idiot. A parcel for you did come TODAY, but he put the card in your pigeon hole." which of course was rather dumb, as I've not lived there since the end of Feb.

Went round the post office as soon as it opened and sure enough, one canvas bag. One which I was sure would either never arrive, or, when it did I would lose it due to moving. A bag I didn't even really want, but ho hum it can go with the rest of the collection

 

What's a couple of syllables between friends?

 

I can think of a few 2 syllable words that can end a friendship...

Life is generally just amazing!

 

Mental state being better than it has for a while. Reduced existential despair, and virtually no self-destructive drive. I don't want to put a hex on the whole damned thing but I think I'm happy to be alive.

 

Knowing that I'm basically two days away from not having to worry about things for a bit, although I am currently a zombie due to lacking sleep and only see that getting worse for those couple of days.

 

My class is in the afternoon, so I fiddled with the Lawgiver screen a bit.

Edit: I refined it. And somehow made it better than it was while not really knowing what I was doing.

 

Most people around me have left to go home, its very quiet and I don't have people sitting behind me chatting away.

Also getting a tattoo on my leg this weekend, its technically a late birthday present so I'm excited for that.

 

Finishing the Parasol Protectorate book series and finding myself absurdly happy with everything that transpired. It's that odd sort of self-satisfaction that everything will, if not immediately, then at some point, be alright.

 

Can am's started showing off the new 2020 range of vehicles, the side by sides look good but the ATV's are gonna be where my interest is.
