We had a corded Dyson vac, was very good but, sold it and bought a V8 cordless which is great. Wife wanted something light and easy to handle as she has severe arthritis.

I groan if I do find an Airblade hand dryer, the bloody things aren't big enough for BIG w***ing spanners!

I agree that the fan is expensive but, £100 off is good and it is a very good fan, also spare parts are available to keep it running if something goes wrong. In our experience Dyson things are reliable.

We have a pair of them in the office bathroom, one with the yellow trim and one with the purple. The yellow one is terrible barely does anything, the purple one though blasts your hands dry.

    Back to the topic...

Cable combs, a dust filter, new roof panel, side panel and corner for the Lazer3D case. If I'm putting fancy crap in I'd least like to see some of it!

Dyson is a mixed bag, I had two of their early uprights, one was pathetic, the other was pathetic and almost caught fire. But the V10 is a cracking bit of kit, performance wise.

Meanwhile Dyson himself campaigns for Brexit, and then leaves the UK.

The bladeless fan has blades, but their cinetic technology makes pre and post motor filters redundant, astoundingly good.

And then he tries to make an electric car with an impressive sounding but vastly inadequate £2,000,000,000 budget.

Kinda like Apple, they can do good stuff but just wantonly screw it up each time.

It actually has a roughly conical impeller, much like that in a turbocharger.

A 2.08" OLED with a 256*64 resolution in what looks most like blue.

Boy was it a bugger finding that. Umpteen pages on AliExpress..

However, the display area fits perfectly in my available window, all I need to do is Dremel out the back so the controller fits, adjust the code to suit a screen with twice as much real estate and boom, one Dredd 2012 lawgiver screen.

Now, to get a TM Glock magazine that's buggered so I can chop it up for battery space..

I wonder how hard arduino voice recognition is..

That's all my home gym stuff set up in the attic ready for (hopefully) years of committed use. I didn't think it had been so long but it's been 5-6 years since I had a bench press at home, so it's really nice to be back at it with the beaut that I picked up today.

Powertec FID Olympic bench - it's worth a pretty penny but I nabbed it for £100

And a set of tri-grip olympic plates to go with the black olympic bar. I have around 100kg to start me off and will add to it as my deadlift goes up.

I like it. Can I ask how much the Olympic bar was and the make? I currently work in a gym for the Prison Service ( yes a member of staff, not convicted ) I train using Olympic Barbells and weights every day I am at work

It was actually pretty cheap - it's a Body Power 7 footer from fitness-superstore and it was £67 I think. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it has higher quality construction than most cheap barbells and uses spring clips rather than bolts, which means the sleeves won't work loose after each use. It's bang on 20kg and the knurling is nice, but I don't think the black finish is going to last very long!

Nabbed a 43mm lens cover and UV filter for the 22mm f2 EF-M so i’ll finally feel safe with it in my bag. Silly old CEX didn’t ship it with lens covers so thanksfully it wasn’t damaged. They did try to resolve the issue by ordering a replacement cap but they didn’t pay too much attention to the model of the lens and order the wrong one so for time I got on from Amazon myself.

Wondering how this thread will blow up for prime day :) My creditcard has a little wiggle room so i’ll be seeing what’s available

Nice. I put mine in the watercooling section, could maybe going hardware too. We could really do with a 'build log' section for non-mod builds.

Yeh, I was thinking exactly that! Is there any way for us to petition for it to be added?

What block you got on your 1080? Or is that getting an upgrade too?
