I remember posting in this thread about forty years ago.:eeek:
OK, maybe three or four years ago, anyway, I said it looks like one of those mini particle accelerators.
Just put a couple of straps on it, sling it over your back. A 'Backtop' or 'Backbook', monitor around the
front a la Bob Dylans harmonica:hip: and a mouse in your pocket (in your case a baby seal:naughty:).
Anyway, I love it. Great work.:thumb::happy:

Being in the process of making a backpack, my only question would be how much does this little monster weigh? It's like a lawnmower engine and 4 kitchen faucets, you'd throw your back out!

@Attila - Thank you, sir.
It definitely feels like that extra zero. When I started it back up after the long break and it barf'd dust balls out... Yeah. The power requirement alone prevents me from backpacking it. Pockets are reserved for weasels.
@InsolentGnome - Plus a liter of water. You got me wondering. The bathroom scale says it's a mere 25 pounds, (and I need to lose about the same. :worried:) I think the density of it makes it seem heavier, like a sack of mortar.

Plus the fact that it just looks like a lot of metal. I think a brain just sees that and thinks 'heavy'. I would have never guessed 25 pounds, but when you think about the size, makes sense.

I'm taking a little time to catch up on projects, and I gotta say, this turned out fantastic! I absolutely love the design aesthetic man. Excellent work!

Thanks. You should dig up Nexxo's Metaversa II...and bump his languishing log. I'd do it, but I might get banned if I do it again.

Damn! I've never read so much in my entire life :D It was well worth it though! Even though I find it a bit hard to follow with the explanations being below the picture, not above it (not sure how many pages it took me to realize that :D). It turned out amazing! Good job! Also, you did sort of fit the kitchen sink in there as well, and you are probably the only one that could do that or would think about doing it :D

Thanks! :D The caption style was a lot more common when I started here. I think it was probably adopted from print style captions.
:worried: I still have 9 stainless steel sink basins to do something with. Charities won't take them since the mountings are rusty.
I've thrown out SO MUCH scrap metal now that this is finished.

    Most welcome!
    What caption style btw?
Also, just for fun but I started thinking earlier: We say you've put the kitchen sink in there, but were the parts actually from a kitchen sink and not a bathroom sink? :D
