I'd say it's around 700ml. I hate making drinks so my cups are huge and I use a 750ml water bottle for squash.

God knows what I was thinking though. I hate sweet tea it's rank.

    This is my 'daily driver'

I also own - and have used, once - one of these... it holds a gallon.
I can get through a standard mug in 2-3 mouthfuls.

Just getting over it here - it went from baby flu, to daddy flu, back to baby flu, then everyone flu over the past 4-5 weeks.

More recently however; my car insurance renewal date being the 4th December. Fortunately it's not much (compared to some), but it's money that could have went on Christmas presents... Maybe next year i'll drive around for a month uninsured to push it into January. I won't really!

Can you not pay the insurance monthly?

Could do, but I quite like not having another monthly DD to worry about throughout the year. It's only £360~, so it's not normally too much of an issue... but this is the first year of also having childcare costs to deal with (and a baby to buy presents for!), so I may need to rethink the tactic for next year!

For all events / bills which less often than once a month (so for me it's Water, Home Insurance, Car Insurance, Birthdays, Christmas, Camera Insurance and a couple others) I have a guess as to how much money I will need for those things when they arise and then save a certain amount each month. So they are still costing me a certain amount every month but, unlike actually paying an insurance company monthly for each of those things, I don't have to pay interest to the companies. It's a version of what moneysavingexpert calls Piggybanking. Hard to get going with but great once it's up and running.

The little band that holds the excess part of the watch strap on my £20 Casio has snapped... and a replacement strap is £11. Boo-urns. Only had the thing 18 months, too.

EDIT: Oh, looks like it has a two-year warranty. Well, that's handy.

Its about 35km west from where I live atm. Just to give a sense of scale, this particular fire has been burning for about 3 weeks now and has consumed 355,000Ha of land..... no, that not a typo. 3 fire grounds have merged into one. Friends have evacuated but their parents house was smack in the middle and assumed lost. wont know until they can get back in, whenever that will be.

Im lucky being on the coast so should be ok. Its the embers you need to watch for. Also had poor air quality due to smoke for the last week and have had burnt leaves coming down daily. Theres also ash, well, just everywhere due to the winds.

The temptation to buy a 2700 and B450 board.

    Stop. Go away!

If I do I'd be skint for 2 weeks. Not sure this is the right time to be skint. Then again I've bought everyone 3 presents instead of one and spent £45 on the doges.

I dunno. I'll see I guess. I should at least shift the entire gaming pc I have sitting in a box first lol.
