    Hi all,

Don't suppose anyone has an installer for the 64bit version of the above hanging around? I can only get hold of the 32bit version, and it wont let me install from that as i have office 2016 64bit installed...

    Cheers,
    MadG

Interesting, is that a bit "grey"?

As i have no idea what the first two are; i'll go for the latter. I have a key, just lost the installer :(

Click2Run is a MS almost streaming type install which allows you to start using software before its completely downloaded/installed. I don't know much about it in all fairness but I know it often doesn't play well with more traditional MSI based installers for office. VL is presumably volume license.

2016 / 64bit office compatibility is a bit nightmare. You have to have the same architecture and same installer technology to install products side by side (i.e. office 2016 and visio 2013). I've got access to the VL licencing portal so can get downloads of Visio 2013 Std and Pro (with SP1) but I'm not sure what keys would work as we only use MAK or KMS at work so I'm a little ignorant to variations of key so not sure if a retail key would work or not.

I have a pro key from the HUP, but i cant get at the download page. I did have it, but for some reason at some point i've managed to delete/lose it along with the installer for Office 2013 :(

I had the same problem with Office 2010 - I had a valid key from the HUP but Microsoft have moved away from DigitalRiver and their own download website didn't recognise the key. Fortunately I'd saved the original installer onto a CD, although unfortunately I had to turn the bloody house and shed upside down to find said CD.

It can be used as an activator but my dad lost his Office 2013 disc and this made installing simpler

    Thanks for the links/offers all.

Got bored on Saturday so hit up Microsoft support, who made me submit my work email via the HUP site (must be able to see the server activity or summat), asked a few questions, then remoted in and downloaded the installer for me - no problems. Kinda shocked it was that easy to be honest :)
