Yup, just the one. And it's yet another model that will not be available as just the model. It's part of another Black Fortress expansion like the Ambull was so it'll come with all the books, cards, counters (more fricken cards and counters...). I would love to get and paint the model, but I have no need or want for any of the other bits and pieces. Can't imagine that anyone will want to buy the other stuff without the model either.
I went into Warhammer Cork yesterday to get the missus a box of Kabalite Warriors to go with the box of Wyches she's ordered to make up a Kill Team with... I may have left the shop with a carry-case, Sicarian Ruststalkers, Necron Praetorians, Tau Pathfinders and Skitarii Rangers... Whoops...
Ended up getting a huge amount of nids in a trade, once I got them the thought of having to strip and repaint them completely ruined my motivation to paint them. So I've stuck them on ebay, anyone looking a massive nid army hit me up

Anybody manage to get any of the Space Marine Chibi's? So far I've got 3 sets of all the other models but can't get any of the Space Marines
After ordering one of the large Bandai Primaris Marines, I'll be passing on any of the other collectibles for a while. Took receipt of my new airbrush, compressor & tank, cleaners etc today. Won't get a chance to muck around with it until the weekend though. Need to get some airbrush paints tomorrow in the Warhammer store in Cork.
I really shouldn't let myself go into the Warhammer store after a days work. Wednesday is also pay-day for me... I went in to hopefully get a bottle or two of paints for my new airbrush.... sadly none in stock. Got some new brushes for my girlfriend as she wants to try some more detail work, as well as a few pots of paint including some contrast for her to try out. Ended up with some contrast camo for myself and a box of Eliminators.
I may have made a slight addition to my painting backlog. I was bidding on some nighthaunt chainrasps, and I've now ended up with 40 coming. Didn't think I'd win all of them,
Whoop! Only have to wait 2 months (hopefully). Wasn't expecting it to arrive until September. Also, there is a bunch of reveals going on today at the New York Toy Show at 15:00 GMT. I'm betting Ghaz will be revealed.
NICE hopefully you are painting it - Also - Be Careful ive seen 3d printing articles in the past showing a bolt-pistol, and claims it is a live firearm ( iirc it was claimed to be a fully semi-automatic ghost gun that even a child could make )
Ah, modern society... how you disappoint me. Aye, I'll be painting it up. Going to glue the parts together this evening and then probably prime it at some stage this week. I also found a thingiverse file for an Absolver Pistol, which just looks awesome. The same file that gave me the Pistol also has the parts to make a Bolt Rifle, it'll just need about 5-6 more parts.
Ooooo, big pew, nice. Looks to be a bit of a mix and match version of the older bolt pistols and the newer ones seen on the Primaris guys, what with the rotary feed mechanism in the middle. In other news, another new female guard model has been announced: Unfortunately it's going to be a pig to get hold of as it is the new Warhammer Store opening exclusive model, only to be sold when either a brand new store opens or a Games Workshop store gets re branded as a Warhammer store. That's a big shame as this means that most people won't be able to get one other than getting scalped on the secondary market (again). Really starting to get fed up of the limited release stuff now. Folks have been clamouring to get more female models produced for the guard as female characters are pretty well represented in the books, but not as figures and the Imperial Guard is the right place to do it, given the fluff surrounding the recruitment and conscription of guard.
It is a fantastic model! Fully agreed on the limited release thing. I can understand it in a sense from a "testing the waters" approach and limiting production of something, but limiting it to only new stores is silly. Also, something about the model reminds me of Dana Linn Bailey. Might be the headband. My girlfriend has been posting up her dabbling with painting dark eldar on the local community facebook page. She's getting better with each one, but still pretty rough around the edges. I need to get her some new brushes though, she's tearing through the ones she's using at the moment
