I could write one up for you if want...But it takes practice to learn the ways of paint and sandpaper.

So true... You gotta f*** up a few cases first before you can get any good at it :D Learning how to properly wetsand was my biggest challenge. It takes a a lot of practice to learn which grits work most efficiantly on certain coats. Every paint job requires a different approach.

Somebody just PMed me about a tutorial on chroming the aluminum P-flos. They were polished by hand. I just remembered that I did compile a short "How to" on my site

Basically you just need a lot of elbow grease. :hehe:

Heres some update photos for ya

The filter covers sit in their orig backing plates. The center portion was opened to 4.5" w/ a holesaw to accomondate the 120mm fans. So what remained next was just the outter ring w/ recessed lip that I pop riveted onto chassis fan plate. You'll simply pop off the filter covers whenever needed.

I still need to devise some filter elements.

Heres me showing my project to the bro-in-law while he takes a pic. The case looks really small in this pic to me. Its 20.5H x 19.5 L. Must be my big hands :hehe:
