The airflow number is mighty impressive, but this fan's claim to fame is actually its static pressure - it has the highest static pressure of all 12v 120mm x 38mm fans and is only beaten by fans which are deeper (counter-rotating fans) or fans that have higher operating voltage (24V, 48V).

It's kinda hard to picture just how insane the static pressure is, but if you look at a familiar fan known for its class-leading static pressure, you get the picture...

    Gentle Typhoon 1850rpm: 20 Pa
    Nidec G1238B 6300rpm: 520 Pa

And here's where that glorious static pressure comes from:

Bolt your house down, mate. It might just lift off otherwise.

As I get older I'm finding the willingness to endure hangovers changes.

The willingness is going down at a much faster rate than I expected. At this rate I'll have given up drinking by 2021.

Yeah when hangovers last a couple of days it hardly seems worth it

I don't even tolerate the 'feeling a bit weird' the next morning anymore. It's just annoying so I drink less so it doesn't happen.

I mean I hardly drink now but there was never any pattern to my hangovers.

I could have had one beer and have a cracking hangover, other nights have a few and nothing.

That's unfortunate! Fortunately mine are somewhat predictable based on timing and amount of consumption, so I dabble still. I don't think I'll be replacing my scotch when I've drunk my way through it though. It's far too easy to whoops too much of that and feel like hammered **** for the next few days.

Never had a hang over really, no matter how drunk I was the night before.

I would wake up, have a brew or a litre of pure orange juice and I was fine, not enough to go and drive because that would be silly but fine enough to not have a head ache or feel sick or anything.

I have not had a drink for ages, and I have no real interest in starting to drink or even just having a couple of beers after a really stressful day at work.

Trying to be neutral in a world full of apparent hardliners (not the water cooling type  ); agendas are for the arena they're written for, not to be used as a life philosophy.

... but then my relative sanity may currently be questionable, so why should anyone else give a f***...?

Am I the only one who read that as dead hooker?

Not wishing to make light of your situation, @RedFlames, I was just amused by my mistake.
