Wanted to do something a little different so decided to build a Thermaltake Level 20 fire surround case.The firesurround will be custom made from mdf and wall mounted fire set back in the surround.

Here is the start of my project , need to fit motherboard to measure up for the pass through fittings and cables.

Working on project Firewater today , gpu bracket, cut pass through holes and fit the silk flame fans.

 

Time to test the silk flames, then next week drill holes for 24 pin , cpu and gpu.

 

Started building the fire half this weekend

Now for the mantle ie top

 

Now for the hard part cut the holes for 120mm fans and quad rads which will be mounted in the pillars.

 

Extraction fans on the top of the mantle piece.

 

Managed to get more work done filling in screw holes and get the rest of the parts and materials i needed before lock down.

 

Case painted and rebuilt the surround has a few more adjustments and then ready to prime.

 

More prep work done this weekend primed ready to paint.

 

Well Project Firewater is starting to take shape, need to make a custom gpu back plate and a window for the Seagate 4tb Iron Wolf hard drive. In the rear of the pc I need to make a custom holder for a Thermaltake 1200w psu and fix the rads and all fans.

 

The Thermaltake and stock back plate is to thick for the Asrock Fatal1ty X399 Professional Gaming Motherboard so decided to make a custom one.

 

Fans fitted, radiator mounts cut and painted. Quad rads fitted and usb hubs. Tomorrow make a holder for the psu and do some cable management. It's all starting to come together.

 

Toughpower PF1 ARGB 1200w power supply fitted cable management done , now to fit some fan controllers and tomorrow bend some PETG stay tubed.
