It's not pretty. I think he may need some support from the community.

Cheaps, thanks for letting us on BT know.

@mnpctech Bill, a big virtual hug from me over in the UK. I can sympathise fully with your situation, having had a fire at work 2 years ago.

As you said, it's not always the fire that's the biggest problem; water damage is unbelievable.

The smell after the fire, just doesn't go away, and stays with you.

Hang in there and stay safe. There are people this side of the pond who are thinking of you.

It's not been a great time to have a small business. This isn't right.

When MNPCTech is up and running again, let's everybody on this forum place an order with him. Doesn't have to be anything big or expensive. I mean, how many members on this forum? Should have some purchasing power. :thumb:

Maybe we could organise a group buy? He may thank us for the orders, but maybe not for the international shipping faff!

@Nexxo- Actually, he's still shipping stuff. He ran the parts stuff from home, and his machinist is way out of town.
As for the damage, the fire fighting turned the 2nd floor into a river. He's probably going to need to find a new office, but half the city is trashed.

Unfortunately with the massive reduction in flights international shipping is a pita anyway right now...

Thank you for the love and support guys!

I'm back in my workshop, but gas line is turned off during re-construction of the 2nd floor, but I can get some electric heaters.

In April, all orders to EU were transferred from Air to Sea, which was taking a month to reach people. Lots of angry customers and refunds during that period, haha (gulp)

Our International shipments are back to normal now, which is typically 7 - 12 business days.
