So, I contacted Bykski US about the failed pump and here was my reply: "On 2020-07-01 7:32 p.m., Customer Support Specialist wrote: I finally got word back from Bykski, they're telling me you should contact the seller you purchased from." I found this reply to be reasonable, after all, in order to save a couple of dollars, I had ordered the pump from a reseller in China. So imagine my surprise when I opened my door to go to the store and found this on my doorstep: The package was mailed to me from Bykski China, so the time frame between being told that I couldn't get a replacement from Bykski US and actually receiving the replacement pump was reasonable. The fact that I wasn't expecting anything at all... well that makes it even more reasonable! So it seems that Bykski stands behind their products and will RMA their products without any hassle! They didn't even have me ship the old pump back! Of course, if I had ordered the pump from Bykski US, I would have received a new pump faster, (which is what I will be doing in the future!).
