The final shape is definitely the right shape for this case! But i have a doubt now, with the tinted panel, you lose the effect of illuminated borders
All of them look good. Tinted is definitely the way to go with that color scheme. Looking sleek!!! Great job!
Cheers Cheaps The loft of the garage is about to collapse under the weight i have soo much of this stuff horded I like the machined edge look ! i might leave it on the tinted clear to catch the light but buff the clear Cheers kim that's a real compliment tyvm mate The beauty is i have both sets one for inside (tinted) and the other set clear for glow and show And.... working on a 3rd set of panels Cheers DB much appreciated Hopefully the next set will be as impressive.
Its a small update, but one ive sat on for a week now deciding. As you can see here i had a small dilemma ............. Still need to source some small hex head type screws and tap some threads.
By 'dilemma' I assume you mean the upside-down logos? I thought they were supposed to be upside down? They always seem to end up that way.
Still deciding if i'll stay with the matrix style sleeving or just give up and go with cable mods cables... I did have a good look @ opening and turning the lids around on the SSD's . The mounting screws are a one way pattern as well as the cut away for the connection area. I did think long and hard about stickers too i have some spare carbon vinyl too ! But decided to go with the removable covers I think the coat of paint will will make all the difference. I did play around with adding a pattern but decided leaving them clean was a better look. Some small SS hex heads finishes them off. I'm holding off tapping into the side panel just for now and will used some D'sided tape till i'm 100% sure i want to commit.
Cheers 4LIEN i didn't want to just give in and go with cable mods.....i may still "give in" cause it's easy... but i'm kinda sick of seeing the same thing over and over. Time to add the power extender cable and fill that annoying hole Ive decided to go with the extra fan on the cpu cooler to make a triple cooler with fourth fan for exhaust.... A quick look using some spare Cryorig fans while i wait for my second Assassin III to arri Compared to a Dual setup Hyper 212x this thing in triple fan mode is massive!! With the triple fan setup it will really fill out the space. Next in with the GPU and lower cover .Still on the hunt for a larger unit with all the 3080 cap drama's i'll hold off a bit longer. A few Bum shots! Some Lip Service I thought i'd drag out old bertha for a quick size comparison..... When the lights go out the devil within shines ! Still got a few updates Rear Mesh Cables Side Panels Finish front orig front grill Extra cpu /exhaust Fans
The Second Assassin III finally arrived And the quad fan wind tunnel could finally be finished. With due haste some holes are drilled and tapped into the rear panel It's a beastly cooling setup near 24cm long Still one small signature addition to add here
