    I thought they were talking about the original Hot Pursuit.... read the article and saw mentions of DLC, ah, must be the recent underwhelming version.

    Underground 1, 2 leads up to the peak of NFS: Most Wanted. Remaster any of these please.

    I think there's two, NFSIII: Hot Pursuit from 1998 and NFS: Hot Pursuit from 2010; they've remastered the 2010 game.

    Edit, yes I'm that arse who generally defends remasters / remakes.... but the EA back catalogue contains hundreds of games with much much more antiquated graphics that could do with a reworking (and many of them are even from franchises that haven't been run into the ground 20 times over).

    Imagine you were going to remaster Lotus Turbo Challenge. Today. After all the driving games that've released in the meantime...
    You'd have to start fresh with the physics (if that game even had any...) / mechanics etc. It'd be too basic and boring in todays world without doing that.

    From watching that trailer - this NFS remaster looks just as basic as the early 2000's

    NFS III was innovative perhaps groundbreaking in it's day - over 2 decades :(

    This looks like the exact same meal as 15 years ago. Pizza Hut have a new cheesy pan pizza recipe and it'll be just as bland as the old stuff - but we're not in 2005, I can have real gourmet pizza delivered to me - for the same money no less. Why would I go back to carboard bread and plastic cheese?
