His people lap it up though, just like they did four years ago with Crooked Hilary and her secret child sex ring running out of a pizza shop.

True enough, now basically accusing the Dems of being child killers is just something else to add to the list of ranty nonsense.

I'm not betting money this time around...

As for Biden he should not be running for president, he is old and fragile and his cognitive abilities are in severe decline, unless his brain cells are just social distancing to keep the C-virus at bay of course.

Come to think of it, the government is a geriatric ward.

So, Trump just tried to extort the American folks by ending the negotiations with the Dems concerning the COVID stimulus relief check.
He said that the talks will re-start after the election which means that if he loses it will take months before the people receive a dime.

It would be nice to have a gentle old dementia patient running the country after the schizoid narcissist psychopath who's been in charge for the last 4 years.

I'm betting if Biden wins he retires due to health issues inside a year.

There should be an age limit for the 2023 election. No one over 60! can run for president.

    ...because age matters.

The median age to become president is 55...
11/45 presidents were 60+ [when first elected],
    4x were 65+
3x would've been 'retirement age' [which will be 67 as of 2023/the 2024 election]
    1x 70+ [Trump],

    9x 50 or younger.

While the minimum age is 35, Theodore Roosevelt was the youngest at 42.

    In recent years -

Clinton and Obama were at the younger end [both under 50], W Bush was more or less 'average' age wise at 54, and HW Bush, Reagan and Trump were at the older end of the range [64, 69 and 70 respectively]

and I have been able to vote for 23 years and "they" wonder why "they" are out of touch

I wouldnt vote my dad for president of the local music club, why would I want someone his age representing the country, FFS he is still amazed to get a email on his phone meanwhile 2/3rds of my wages go to his retirement while he lives on a plot of land worth millions, that cost 1/16th the price of my house when they bought it

in todays news its a douche vs a turd sandwich, the only reason I give a single miniscule shart is that I firmly believe in "if you didn't vote you cant bitch" so I go waste a couple hours on the clock and "vote", pick up lunch and bitch like a madman

Haven't seen too much in here about the main 3rd party candidate (Dr. Jo Jorgensen), I mean as a general rule I'm all aboard moving away from the two party system, however in this case I can't get on board with her for two reasons, one of which being I think avoiding trump is the most important thing, and the other being I can't get behind a lot of libertarian ideas it seems haha.

Since it's related thought I'd see what opinions there were about her/that party here.

The minimum age is fine. I wouldn't mind if the cut-off-point was 50, perhaps optimal.

    Ruth Bader Ginsberg, 87
    Nancy Pelosi, 80
    Maxine Waters, 82
    Dianne Feinstien, 87
    Mitch McConnell, 78
    Elizabeth Warren, 71
    Bernie Sanders, 79
    Hillary Clinton, 72
    Bill Pascrell, 83
    Grace Napolitano, 83
    Alcee Hastings, 83
    Pat Roberts, 84
    Eddie Bernice Johnson, 84
    Jim Inhofe, 85
    Richard Shelby, 86
    Chuck Grassley, 87
    Don Young, 87

At what point do you decide it's time to focus on being a grandparent.

Trump just had COVID-19. They threw an estimated $1.5 million dollars of treatment at him and he appears to be, well, as not-fine as usual. So I suspect Biden will last the course.

I wouldn't doubt that cost would be no object, but I also have my suspicions as to whether he's (Biden) entirely all there anymore.

Edited in some clarity as to who I was talking about.

The problem is... he was never all there to begin with.

How much is the covid brainfunk, how much is the roids, and how much is the fact Trump has always been like that.
