    Hi guys
I'm thinking of buying a gigabyte aorus rtx 2070 super, just wondering if the gigabyte cards are decent graphic cards, I don't want to buy one if it's going to last 5 minutes lol, thank you..

My sentiment (fwiw) is they're fine. My mini gtx 970 is still going.

Might be worth waiting for the 3070 to launch at the end of the month as I would expect (but not guaranteed) that the 2070's will be reduced in price to reflect the performance diff. The 3070 is due to give ~2080ti performance for £469 (+£50 or so for OEM models). I've been tracking 2070 super pricing and they haven't gone below £420 yet (at least on Scan).

Considering the availability issues of the 3080 / 3090 I wouldn't put any money on actually receiving a 3070 this year if you place an order for one...

Also AMD will launch new cards at the of October, so best to wait and see as AMD has teased performance higher than that of the 3070.

Super is still a great card. I love mine, it's fantastic at 1440p. I wouldn't buy one now though unless it was heavily discounted and or half the price of the 3070 is set to be (and who knows what Radeon).

If you are going to buy any 20 series card now then it would really need to be the Ti, and it would need to be £500 or less. The rest just haven't seen the same sort of price drops they need tbh.
