Hi Guys, i just bought a second hand ASUS Laptop from ebay and i cant get the Touchpad working. in device manager it only shows in "show hidden devices" and it has a yellow tag on it. if i try to install drivers it says it already has the best drivers installed. Any ideas people? or do i send the Laptop back and get a refund.? Thanks in advance.!!

Ok, I'd start with the BIOS update from here followed by the drivers. Also, check in BIOS make sure the touchpad isn't disabled or something ridiculous. If it doesn't work after that, send it back.

Make sure you've checked the simple stuff, that it's enabled, function f5 or something, also enabled in the bios.
