    Hey Guys,

    I seem to not get any notifications any more whenever someone messages me or a thread is updated? is anyone else having this problem?

    I've just tested this on a test account I have that uses gmail and the email came through flawlessly. What providers are people using.

    I find mine very patchy - sometimes they come through and sometimes not. When they work they are immediate. I use an Office365 Exchange address.

    I'm using mail.co.uk and no have issues with other mails.

    I guess you have checked for blacklist on mxtoolbox and that the spf is setup correctly?

    the issue with that is that it comes through to my test accounts gmail account. It's very odd.

    I have the slightly different issue where I still receive email notifications even though I've turned alerts off for new replies in thread. Not a problem really, I just end up getting a lot of emails.

    Nevermind, I think I sorted it. Alert Preferences != Email Alert Preferences, I think :hehe:

    Nope, still receiving emails for all my watched threads. I've turned off alerts, and email notifications for watched threads (I think) but still get emails. Not an issue as I spend a lot (some would say too much) time perusing bit-tech, I just end up with a fair few emails if I am AFK. Could it be down to previously having email notifications turned on?

    :( Currently suffering from an illness. (should have covid result tomorrow) but afterwards this will be my 2nd top priority after some NDA stuff I need to do.

    there have been some changes made that should make these more likely to come through. Is anyone now getting them?
